Il \u201cVespucci\u201d era stato scelto fin da subito come una delle principali basi per l\u2019avvio delle attivit\u00e0 del nuovo vettore, nato nel 2019 ed operativo con voli di linea dal 30 marzo scorso, con un Embraer 190 da 100 posti (altri due esemplari si aggiungeranno entro l\u2019estate).<\/p>\n<p>Alle rotte iniziali annunciate da Firenze per Bari, Catania e Lamezia Terme si \u00e8 aggiunta Brindisi, quindi Olbia, Mikonos e Ibiza e adesso la seconda destinazione siciliana di Comiso. Tranne il volo con Catania, operativo dallo scorso 2 aprile, tutte le altre rotte sono previste da giugno. Posticipata, ma sempre nei piani del vettore, c\u2019\u00e8 poi la rotta con Milano Malpensa in apporto alla rete internazionale e intercontinentale in accordo con altri vettori presenti sul secondo hub italiano.<\/p>\n<p>Il volo Firenze-Comiso \u00e8 programmato con due frequenze settimanali, il luned\u00ec (partenza dal \u201cVespucci\u201d alle 15.00, ripartenza dallo scalo siciliano alle 17.00) e mercoled\u00ec (partenza dal \u201cVespucci\u201d alle 17.30, ripartenza da Comiso alle 19.30), con inizio il 7 giugno. Con questa rotta il \u201cVespucci sar\u00e0 collegato per la prima volta con il secondo scalo del sistema aeroportuale della Sicilia orientale (Catania-Comiso), localizzato nella provincia di Ragusa, a circa 86 km dall\u2019aeroporto di Catania.
